SI Western Australia oversees two separate awards dedicated to celebrating and supporting women and girls in the community. Through these initiatives, our organisation champions the achievements of local women and girls while providing a platform for their voices to be heard.

The Soroptimist International Award for Achievement is a biennial award recognising a Western Australian woman who has made a significant contribution in her chosen field and to the community.

The Floor is Yours is an annual public speaking competition for women enrolled at a WA tertiary institution and gives entrants the opportunity to develop their public speaking skills as well as build a network filled with strong, supportive women.
