Alzheimer’s Australia WA Memory Walk – 18 Sep 2011

You would all remember our past Stella Giles Award recipient Pam Eaves who is a Soroptimist Sister, and her book launch at Government House; well here is all the information about the upcoming Alzheimer’s Australia WA fund raising event for Sunday 18th September.

The bonus of participating in this event, is getting a bit of exercise, which as you know, is associated with better brain function and reduced risk of cognitive decline and dementia. Even simple exercise like walking has been shown to be good for the brain.
