SI of Joondalup

• The club meets at 6:30 pm on the 4th Monday of each month for a dinner meeting at the  Hillarys Yacht Club, 65 Northside Drive, Hillarys.
  
  Current key club projects include:
• Wheelchairs for Kids
• Riding for the Disabled
• Lighthouse Project for youth at risk
• COP-MI -Children Of Parents with a Mental Illness
• Sponsorship of young person on the STS Leeuwin
• Working with Friends of Yellagonga Park
• Jacaranda Lodge retirement facility
• Annual free lunch and entertainment for carers
• Stop the Toad: contribution towards cost of Cane Toad Trap
• Pat Giles Refuge: ongoing support
• East Timor: assistance with developing chicken farms

• Membership selected projects change annually.
  The personal rewards from volunteering within your community, the feeling of achievement from being able to directly help people locally and internationally are many. Volunteering with an organisation such as ours also provides you with the opportunity to learn about your community, make new friends, share your skills and learn new ones, and volunteer as a group.
  SI Joondalup has a strong and growing membership of ladies, all involved in projects of their choice, and enjoying the friendship of their colleagues on a regular basis.
  Each meeting consists of business reports, a guest speaker, dinner and friendship. Our annual administration costs are $197.
